Rib Meal Causes Gastroenteritis - Steers, Cape Town Western Cape

On Friday 24/09/2021 aprox 21h00 i bought a double stack rib meal from there. When i ate it i noticed it was extremely fatty and not as tasty as i expected it to be. I was working a night shift and was patroling in a security vehicle. Firstly i noticed my stomach start to cramp lightly then i started to get cold. The heater in the vehicle was up bt i still got cold. When my shift ended 5am the following morning i had body pains, nausia, chills i was sick and suspected i might picked up a flu. Saturday 25/09/2021 i went to Melomed hospital in Bellville where i was treated for dehydration due to the diarrhoea i had. I also took a covid test wich came out negative the following day. I thought i had covid untill the test prove me wrong and two doctors diagnosed gastroenteritis. Today 28/09/2021 i am still booked off sick from work and recovering from this whole ordeal. I am realy disapointed in them. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills, Gas, Cramps, Body Ache
