Cobb Salad Illness Outbreak - Stephi's on Tremont, Boston Massachusetts

8 years ago reported by user-rxxpb656 business

Stephi's on Tremont, Tremont Street, Boston, MA, United States

571 Tremont Street, Boston, 02118 Massachusetts, United States

Ate the Cobb Salad around 2:00pm on January 2 and after finishing immediately felt bloated and overly full despite not finishing it. Within 2 hours I was vomiting and diarrhea started 6 hours later. Had to use Zofran to stop the vomiting after about 6 hours of it with nothing left. On Day 3 post-poisoning currently and while vomiting has stopped, diarrhea still persists. My husband ate a different salad and had diarrhea, but no vomiting and his symptoms were not nearly as bad as mine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating
