I had the “come for a swim” and the “robust” sets. Approximately 5 hours after eating, I developed terrible abdominal cramps. This was followed by diarrhoea and uncontrollable vomiting. Additionally, I am suffering from chills and a raised temperature, which continue to persist.

I am documenting this incident for further investigation and appropriate action. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
