Vitamin E. I have celiac disease. Been having dizzy spells after eating gluten free lucky charms. I noticed Vitamin E is an ingredient????  How can they say gluten free when Vitamin E is a wheat derivative., | Symptoms: Headache, Dizziness

Hi. for the vitamine E guy who is celiac. My child hass celiac desease and has no issues with vitamin E. i don't know where you got your info about Vitamin E but Vitamines E is not , i repeat is NOT a Derivitive of Wheat!!

user-jrtt4567

You're correct. They're confused because it's SOMETIMES derived from something called wheat germ oil. But that is so processed, no gluten remains.
