The strawberries from stop and shop made me vomit ..ended up calling an ambulance and have been admitted at the hospital. Fever..pain..explosive diarrhea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
