Yesterday I had a footlong subway club at my local Subway. Within a couple hours I had the worst headache of my life so I decided to take a nap. The nap did not work but then I had a terrible stomach ache. I knew something was wrong so I went to bed early last night. Within a few hours a woke up from the horrible stomach pain I had. I began to puke and I rolled up into a ball from the pain in my stomach and the chills I had. My mom was forced to call 911. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Chills
