We purchased 2 sandwiches from Subway. I ate 1 of them, and almost 24 hours later started feeling sick. I ended up having to go to the ER on the 4th day due to severe diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. The other sandwich my relative ate, and they just had mild symptoms of upset stomach and diarrhea but went away after 3 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
