Had a chicken sandwich at Subway. I was finely chopped. Nothing else on the sandwich. About 4 hours later started getting nausea and weak. Couple hours after that violently vomiting and diarrhea. My head felt like it would explode with the pressure. Lasted 2 - 3 hours. Very weak and flat in bed for a day and half. Still 6 days later feel shakey and a bit weak. Reported to Lane County | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
