Subway
Ate the same sandwich that I have atleast once a week at 2pm this afternoon. Since 7 I have not been able to leave the toilet.
At one point I was stuck on the toilet relieving my tummy, and being sick into a bucket at the same time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
