Had a 6 inch subway club on Honey Oat. Vegetables looked very bad when was ordering but decided to eat it anyway. Paid for it after as I got extremely sick. Abdominal pains, diarrhea, fever, everything bad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
