I had a kale caesar with falafel on March 18th around 2pm. I felt sick immediately afterwards and began throwing up at 4pm. At 6 I had to go to the airport, and I was vomiting all the way there and throughout my flight. I have had fever, chills, and stomach pains. 2 days later I am still ill. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
