I ate 1/2 of. burrito supreme. Within 1 hours, rapid heart rate, sweating, stomach pain, nausea and chills. Three days of the worse diareah in my life. I am one week out, still sick but only with mild to sometimes sever nausea. Just got back from the ER where they gave me anti nausea and some other meds. store location 1909 W Deer Valley Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027 I dont have the receipt but do have the credit card statement. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating, Stomach Pain
