Ordered some fiery tacos off of Grubhub and when it arrived I ate it then a few hours later I started feeling nauseous and my head spun. Later the next day which is today (06/06/19) I went to work puked! And was sent home because of tacos from there. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
