I ate 4 soft tacos around 11pm. At 5 am the next day I had severe diarrhea, chills, nausea, I also was tired. This was 2 days ago and I'm still having issues. I feel like I can't keep myself hydrated because all I do is poop liquid. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Chills
