Quesadilla Causes Severe Illness - Taco Bell, Kenner Louisiana

Ate chicken quesadilla from here and 6 hrs later my stomach woke me up with cramping. I ended up vomiting up the food horrible viral sour smell then it started coming out the other end straight liquid. Threw up 4-5 times after mainly just bile and what I was trying to drink. Felt hot sore and fatigued. Highest temp was 101.9. Chills. Headache. Woke up next day temp now 97.3 and I feel 80% better. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Fatigue, Bile
