Order Boss Nachos ate and had to be at work early next morning and went to bed. Worken up maybe 4hrs late for diarrhea. Went to work anyways 5hrs into work was sent home for diarrhea, nausea, vomiting. 3 days later still have diarrhea about 14x a day and stomach pains. Never again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
