Burrito, Tacos: Severe Pain - Taco Bell, Twin Falls Idaho

Had a 7 layer burrito and 2 loco tacos. An hour later I started getting Fever, Nausea, and stomach pain, Few hours in I am have bouts of extremely severe stomach pains. Worried this is getting worse., I was the only one that went. Symptoms started with in the hour. I didn't eat anything else since the day before and felt great before I had lunch. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
