Got a seven layer burrito on Saturday night, February 1st. Sunday morning I woke up with diarrhea and violent vomiting. Every time I would vomit I would pass out. My wife ended up taking me to the ER, where they pumped into me three bags of liquid due to dehydration since I couldn't keep anything in me. It is now Tuesday and I am still in bed with a major headache, and exhaustion. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache
