Ordered 2 chicken chalupas around 11:30 PM. Minutes after consuming, stomach already began to feel upset, though it wasn't a big deal as I thought it was just natural digestation. Next day comes around and I'm involved in cardio excercises and sports, and I get a severe headache, start throwing up, and it still continues now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
