Ate a quesadilla around 9 pm. My husband ate a few tacos. Immediately I was having stomach pains and had diariah. About 2 hours later I began throwing up, severe abdominal pain, and nausea. I had chills as well as body aches. I threw up 3 more times as well as more diariah. Once most of the food was up I began having a fever and it has been about 3 days and I am finally feeling mostly normal again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
