I ate the chicken tender meal on 6/04/2025 at around 12pm. 4 hours later I had really bad stomach cramps, and about 30 minutes later I broke out in sweats, I was dizzy, and vomited. Shortly after that the diarrhoea then started. I thought it had ended after that, but around 2 hours later I vomited again, and had diarrhoea at the same time as vomiting, this happened a total of 5 all evening up until about 12am, out of both ends, sweating, I also passed out on one of these occasions. This was the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had in my life. I’m not sure which of the items I ordered from Taco Bell gave me the food poisoning, I will assume it was the chicken as this is the worst food poisoning I have ever had in my life. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Sweating
