I ate at about 4:20 pm on 4/28/16. My symptoms started at about 6:00 pm. I had severe stomach cramps, vomiting, diarrhea, and a fever. It is 1:47 pm on 4/29 and I still have a fever and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
