Chalupa Box Causes Illness - Taco Bell, Ephrata Pennsylvania

My 14 year old son had a $5.00 CHALUPA CRAVINGS BOX (Includes a Chalupa Supreme with seasoned beef, Burrito Supreme, Soft Taco, Cinnamon Twists, and a Medium fountain Baja Blast Mountain Dew) around 4:30pm. He began having diarrhea around 9pm. He then woke up around midnight with severe stomach pain and began vomiting. No fever. It’s around 3:30am as I’m writing this and he is still vomiting. Giving him pedialyte to prevent dehydration but he is still having issues keeping it down. He is still having sharp pains in his belly that come and go and his gas smells terrible.
