Went Saturday may 26 2018 around 6pmish. The shop was dirty. Tables were left filthy with customer trash and crumbs. I ate 3 naked chicken chalupa, mild, and one of them felt... undercooked, but I wrote it off as it getting a little cool. Within an hour, I had mild nausea and a headache, and for the last several days, diarrhea and worse nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache
