An hour after eating, I got diarrhea and then in the middle of the night, I woke up and have been on and off the toilet all day with diarrhea, nausea, fatigue, cramps and a backache. My husband also has all of these symptoms as well as a fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
