Friday July 2nd, 2021, After eating soft tacos and nachos I got lunch and came home to eat. About 20 minutes after eating I felt stomach cramps and went to the bathroom. That's when the diarrhea started. Since then I have been vomiting as well as severe stomach cramping, pains and tenderness that was followed by constipation.Update: I am still suffering the symptoms of it as of this morning but starting to get better I think. I have come close a few time of going to the hospital. So far OTC and home remedies have helped to slowly make it better. Can say it's the worst thing I have ever had to experience. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Constipation
