Got chicken burrito only at 9 pm. At 2 a.m. sudden vomit followed by 3 days of diarrhea. Appeared to go away for 6 days then reoccurred with same but harsher symptoms. Doctor diagnosed it as Shiga toxin E coli | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
