Ate a nachos bell grande at 10pm, had diarrhea w/blood and mucus in the stool, horrible abdominal cramps, and nausea beginning around 11pm. It is now 4:28am. Still cramping and having diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Mucus in Stools
