Nachos Trigger Severe Illness - Taco Bell, Warren Pennsylvania

My husand brought home nachos for me on 7/27/18. We had made dinnwe, which we all ate, but I was the only one to snack on the nachos supreme that we ordered. Approximately 6 to 7 hours later, I was extemely sick. Vomiting, diarrhea, claminess, weakness, shakiness... it was terrible. We all has the same food ans drinks, minus my nachos. I ended up in bed for over 24 hours from this sickness and it ruined mine ans my husband's anniversary plans. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness, Shaking
