I had the $5 double cheesy crunch box on September 4th. Within an hour I had very bloody diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. I had to be taken by ambulance to the ER and ended up spending three days in the hospital. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
