I get VERY SICK 🤢 Vomit 🤮 diarrhea, my stomach hurt a lot I ordered a combo chicken Chalupa, and seasoned French fries, my stomach later began to hurt a lot! I started to vomit many times, and have diarrhea at the same time, never in my life had I vomited and had diarrhea at the same time, my stomach hurt a lot, after vomiting for about 20 minutes I started to feel a little better but my stomach still hurts . I almost called 911 because the pain was awful 😞 I’m still in pain I couldn’t sleep all night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain
