Had the $5 cravings combo with a pepsi at about 5:00 pm on Dec 9ththe only other thing i have had to eat was oatmeal in the last 24 hours prepaired at home. Within 2 hours i had stomach pains and felt that i had to poop right away. With in 3 hours i was vomiting quite badly and runing a feavor of 100 i have not stoped vomiting or pooping for amoost 10 hrs | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
