Drive-Thru Nachos Illness - Taco Bell, Oklahoma City Oklahoma

I stopped at the drive thru at around 530pm, I ate and fell asleep, I woke up vomiting and choking, then I started having diarrhea. Tried just sleep again but woke up again vomiting. I was probably like five I've had to sleep just sitting up. I don't feel nauseated anymore but I just feel really weak.

Tried to call them, but the phone would ring then just hang up, so I am guessing I'm not the only one! The funny part is the guy at the window was really nice, I was actually going to fill out one of those surveys to complement him!
