Currently in the hospital from a stomach virus from eating a beefy nacho griller which resulted to the virus attacking my heart. I now have damage on one of my arteries. I've been in the hospital for 2 going on 3 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
