Went to TB on Fri the 29. Food tasted great, got home and fell asleep. Next day had body aches all over, couldn't hold any good down. Lots of projectile vomiting, painful heart beats. It's now Sunday and I am still vomiting, cannot hold down any good and have a horrible headache. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Body Ache
