Near Fainting Post-Taco - Taco Bell, Amarillo Texas

We ate there late on March 30th and within a few hours I started having a stomach ache. This led to vomiting repeatedly all night long. I almost went to hospital due to near fainting but finally was able to hold down liquids and anti-nausea meds the next morning I have adrenal insufficiency and was close to an adrenal crisis but was finally able to hold down cortisol. I felt sick and weak for 3 days and almost had to cancel trip to NYC planned to depart on the 4th day but went and just barely had enough strength to make the trip. Awful! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain
