Went around 1 pm the day before yesterday 7/28/19. Ordered 2 beefy fritos burritos and a triple layer nacho. I ate half the nachos and about half of 1 burrito. Within a hour my stomach curls in pain. I throw up 5 times with major bathroom issues accompanied by hot flashes. Today is 7/30/19 and stomach pain is still occuring along with hot flashes. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
