Had a spicy chicken baby burrito and a quasedilla box meal couple hours after was getting stomach cramps and really bad diarrhea after and was the only thing i had eaten that day so i couldn’t relate this to anything else | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
