Midnight Taco Meal Illness - Taco Bell, Soldotna Alaska

Went around midnight after I got off from work. Ate a (double)quesadilla and a quesalupa - both chicken. After eating had painful gas for a few hours. Tried to sleep but pain was too intense. Eventually got up to vomit. Vomited a few times throughout the morning and dealt with severe diarrhea. Could not hold down liquids without vomiting. Only able to sleep about about hour at a time.
