Ordered a $5 chalupa cravings box and a nacho bell grande. Are part of the nacho bell grande and the chalupa from the box. 2.5 hours after eating I woke up from sleep with the urge to deficate. Ran to the bathroom where I then began a chocolate explosion. While sitting there I began to feel my insides rumble I proceeded to grab my trash can just in time to catch the lava that flew from my mouth. After projectile vomiting into the cab and almost filling the toilet I’m feeling slightly better but not great. Praying this Imodium saves me as I have zero sick time and can’t call in today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
