My son and husband ate some crunchy tacos- the spicy Loco tacos I believe they are called. Come morning my 8 yr old was throwing up constantly and had diarrhea followed by fever. The vomiting was so bad and the cramps that he was crying that he was in so much pain. Same things happened to my husband. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
