I ate a chalupa, a few minutes after i was done i began to experience an upset stomach followed by diarrhea and vomiting. It lasted an entire day and i became hopitalized after having symptoms of dizziness and feeling weak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Dizziness
