A few hours after eating the nacho grande I had explosive diarrhea which was frequent and painful intestines. I felt the need to vomit and wished I would to make the feeling go away. Ran from bed to bathroom all early morning hours. Still have some runs. Pepto helped. Maybe the heat we have had made something go bad? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other
