Taco Pain: Vomit, Diarrhea - Taco Bell,

Ate around 8pm. Soft tacos. Woke up with diarrhea and vomiting from the pain. All day with pain and diarrhea. Tried to eat something else as I have been scared to eat and sure enough, more diarrhea. Can't eat. Horrible sharp stomach pains | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
