Ate a quesarito with shredded chicken around 4:30pm on Tues 10/21, started feeling nauseous with bad stomach pains and diarrhea around 6:30pm. It's 6:30pm the following day, and I'm still experiencing the diarrhea and nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Nausea
