I got food poisoning from Tacobell after i ate 12/09/2018 at 3pm. I ate 2 soft tacos and Chips anf cheese. At 11:30pm i felt nauseous and threw up. Visited 12-8-2018 noon, Ordered a 5 dollar box which included a Chiluba , a hard shell taco. After eating it my stomach was upset for a whole day. I’ve had the runs with chills. I think all Taco Bells May need to be investigated for poor handling of food by its employees. Possibly for cross contamination or bad ingredients that may need a recall. Read More

My wife was driving south on I-59 through Meridian, MS and stopped at Taco Bell and ordered two soft tacos. By the time she reached Hattiesburg, she was too sick to drive and called 911. They told her to pull off the interstate and wait for an ambulance. She threw up 3 times before they arrived. They took her to the ER at Forest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, where she vomited 3 more times. They gave her anti nausea medicine, potassium pills and an IV.
