I don't know if I have food poisoning or the stomach virus is because I decided to try the new taco bell breakfast item and i felt off before i started eating and later after eating i felt nausea then diarrhea lower abdominal pain chills sweating fatigue. My symptoms lasted a 2 days. I don't if it was food poisoning or a bug. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Fatigue, Sweating
