Severe Illness After Tacos - Taco Bell,

My wife and I received food poisoning from here, but my case was more severe. We ate there around 8:30, ordered the cool ranch tacos, and my wife became ill once we arrived at home. My illness commenced the next morning. I was not able to hold anything down and even vomited all over the floor in the waiting room at urgent care. The doctor confirmed that it was food poisoning.This definitely changed my perspective on fast food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
