Suspected E. coli from Nachos - Taco Bueno, Abilene Texas

We were visiting Abilene, TX and I purchased food from there. I tastes the nacho and the queso and I didn't like it. My son and daughter ate it on September 7, 2021 and it is now September 16th and they are still having issues. My daughter is getting an E coli test today since her Dr. suspects that is the problem. I'm so glad I didn't eat the food based on the terrible taste. I had to drive 12 hours in September 10th. It is trash. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bile
