Tacos La Villa on Ming Avenue is closed after failing an inspection from county health officials Tuesday.
The Kern County Public Health Services Department said food was being stored at improper temperatures, a mop sink needs to be installed, cardboard wasn’t properly disposed and “staff members failed to demonstrate the basic knowledge of food safety principles.
